Terry Neubold, Chairman & CEO

Terry Neubold began his insurance career in 1968 with USF&G Company in Harrisburg, PA. Terry held positions of underwriter, Marketing Representative and five years as Underwriting Manager. The Harrisburg office of USF&G was among the top performers among 60 offices during those years.

In 1977 Terry entered into the independent agency business in Williamsport, PA. During this time a new agency was started, two agency acquisitions were completed, a national group program developed and two local area group programs developed.

In 1985 Terry Neubold became part owner of Wilkinson Dunn Company in Wellsboro, PA. He became sole owner in 2004. Terry holds the position of Chairman, President, CEO and Treasurer. A Century 21 franchise was acquired and later sold and two agency acquisitions have been completed to date
